The White Lotus Season 4 Cast Is Here, and It's Already the Most Star-Packed Season Yet

  • Season 4 will take place in France, including Paris and multiple locations along the French Riviera.
  • The latest additions include Max Greenfield, Kumail Nanjiani, Chloe Bennet, Charlie Hall, and Jarrad Paul in recurring roles.
  • Production is set to run from April through October 2026, with filming based at the Chateau de la Messardiere in Saint-Tropez.

The White Lotus Season 4 is coming, and HBO is not playing around with the cast list. Just when you thought they couldn’t top Thailand, they went ahead and booked all of France. And the names keep rolling in.

The upcoming season has added five new cast members to what is already shaping up to be the most ambitious ensemble in the show’s history, with filming expected to begin imminently. And yes, before you ask, two of them are Marvel alumni.

The New Faces Checking In

Greenfield and Nanjiani had been rumored for a while to take over two of the meatiest recurring parts next season. Now it’s official. Kumail Nanjiani brings sharp comedic instincts and dramatic range to the France-set season, while Max Greenfield has steadily expanded into more dramatic territory in the years since New Girl. Are both of them in the same hotel? That’s either going to be pure chaos or pure gold. Probably both.

Chloe Bennet rounds out the Marvel connection, and Charlie Hall and Jarrad Paul fill out the recurring roster. As always with this show, nobody is saying a word about what any of these characters actually do. Which is, honestly, half the fun.

The Guest List Is Already Stacked

The five new additions join a lineup that was already making people’s jaws drop. Helena Bonham Carter is confirmed to star, alongside Alexander Ludwig, Chris Messina, AJ Michalka, Sandra Bernhard, Ari Graynor, and Marissa Long. And that’s before you even get to the French contingent.

French actors Vincent Cassel, Corentin Fila, and Nadia Tereszkiewicz have been cast and are likely to play employees or locals, following in the footsteps of previous standouts like Murray Bartlett and Natasha Rothwell from Season 1 and Sabrina Impacciatore from Season 2. The show has always made the locals just as compelling as the guests. Sometimes more.

France, the Riviera, and a 2027 Premiere

White actually pitched the idea for Season 4 to HBO during dinner in Phuket while still filming Season 3 in Thailand, and the network greenlit it on the spot. That’s the kind of trust you earn after 68 Emmy nominations and 16 wins.

The Cannes Film Festival could also factor into the plot, according to sources, with the season once again following a new group of White Lotus hotel guests and employees over the span of a week. Same blueprint, entirely new setting, entirely new drama. That’s the formula, and it works every single time.

A 2027 premiere is considered the most likely target. It feels far away. But with a cast this loaded, it’ll be worth every single second of the wait.
